This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Assess existing marketing shortcomings

• Offer analytical and technological assistance as well as consultation for management, sales, and recruitment stakeholders

• Design, compose, and structure marketing campaigns, strategies, and roadmaps in collaboration with sales and recruitment

• Establish benchmarks for email campaigns and performance reporting

• Enhance brand awareness and fortify marketing strategies

• Develop social media and targeted marketing initiatives

• Supervise and guide the implementation of marketing projects

• Create, write, and manage company-specific content for accurate and suitable RFPIO content development

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience is essential

• Proven experience in crafting and executing social media campaigns

• Background in developing and implementing account-based marketing initiatives

• Proficient in project and content management

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to plan and execute social media and account-based marketing campaigns

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Accountable for revenue contributions and achieving marketing campaign KPIs

• Graphic design experience/skills is an advantage

• Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as job responsibilities necessitate
