This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of industry conferences and events from start to finish, which encompasses sponsorship coordination, registration, booth setup and materials, vendor management, attendee communications, onsite logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Oversee multiple events concurrently, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the company’s participation in industry conferences, customer and prospect events, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and other field programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of programs, adhering to schedules and maintaining high standards.
• Travel across North America as necessary to support significant conferences and events.
• Align events with key accounts, territories, and pipeline objectives in collaboration with Account Executives and Sales leadership.
• Organize pre-event outreach and efforts to secure meetings.
• Manage attendee and lead capture processes, ensuring timely handoff and follow-up.
• Create opportunities for the Sales team to engage with prospects and customers through targeted field activations.
• Keep the Sales team updated on event plans, attendee lists, meetings, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor and evaluate event success based on attendance, MQLs, booked meetings, qualified opportunities, sourced and influenced pipeline, and event ROI.
• Report on program performance and utilize results along with Sales feedback to enhance future events and investment strategies.
• Identify events and programs that yield the highest engagement and commercial impact.
• Enhance and expand event processes as the field marketing program evolves.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing within the enterprise SaaS/software sector.
• Proven track record of independently managing conferences and events from planning through logistics and onsite execution to follow-up.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales/Account Executives and understanding the role of field marketing in driving awareness, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Background in organizing industry conferences and customer/prospect programs, including dinners, roundtables, webinars, or regional events.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple events, deadlines, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders concurrently.
• Commercial acumen and experience in measuring event performance through MQLs, meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel across North America for conferences and events.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, financial services, insurance, or wealth management.
