This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.

• Facilitate bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.

• Create and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Interpret campaign data into clear, actionable insights for clients without technical backgrounds.

• Cultivate strong client relationships that enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.

• Address account issues proactively to ensure stability and promote growth.

• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.

• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and other campaign variables.

• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other critical metrics.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance results.

• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative to uncover opportunities for improved performance.

• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging initiatives.

• Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, Meta pixels, and conversion events.

• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate workflows with Zapier, and manage lead-routing processes.

• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

• Continuously monitor tracking and lead flow to avert issues impacting client outcomes.

• Report to the Associate Director of Operations and maintain accountability for client results, relationships, and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts while leading client-facing discussions.

• Proven track record of steering campaigns towards defined performance metrics while fostering client retention.

• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and fundamental marketing automation techniques.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in financial services marketing.

• Preferred: Background in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.

• Preferred: Familiarity with video sales letter marketing.

• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase sales funnels.

• Preferred: Knowledge of direct-response advertising methodologies.
