This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and implement detailed marketing strategies that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
• Motivate and lead the marketing team to achieve their objectives.
• Establish and uphold the firm’s brand guidelines, ensuring uniform branding and messaging.
• Design and produce marketing materials for both digital and print formats using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage and oversee external design projects.
• Coordinate the production of the firm’s podcast.
• Supervise vendor management, production, and the distribution of promotional items.
• Plan and implement email marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee digital and social media marketing, including the management of social media platforms and the firm’s website.
• Collaborate with events and business development teams on various events, sponsorship opportunities, and conferences.
• Manage updates for website and intranet content.
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage the firm’s public relations strategy in partnership with the Content Specialist.
• Handle internal communications, including updates and newsletters for the firm.
• Maintain and enhance marketing technology solutions.
• Monitor award submissions and ranking schedules, ensuring follow-through.
• Analyze and track marketing performance metrics.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
• Supervise the marketing team while collaborating with attorneys, firm leadership, and business development personnel.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in online and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of corporate communications, marketing principles, and digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional leadership qualities and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with marketing technology tools, as well as knowledge of law firm rankings, awards, and publications.
• Solid grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
• Experience using Canva.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure the production of accurate and timely work.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven project management skills, initiative, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
