📋 Description

• Take ownership of Andela's client marketing strategy and drive its evolution.

• Create initiatives that enhance client relationships, boost Net Revenue Retention and Expansion Pipeline, and reveal commercial opportunities.

• Advocate for the client perspective, ensuring their insights influence product, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to pinpoint client milestones, success stories, and opportunities for expansion.

• Design targeted marketing programs, events, and experiences for significant client groups to support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal objectives.

• Conceptualize, manage, and continuously improve Andela's Client Advisory Board, including membership strategies, meeting schedules, experience design, agenda formulation, and follow-up actions.

• Foster trusted relationships with members of the Client Advisory Board.

• Capture and disseminate insights from the Client Advisory Board to internal stakeholders.

• Oversee the Voice of the Customer program, encompassing survey design, distribution, analysis, and internal reporting.

• Direct the client NPS strategy, including tracking and reporting processes.

• Convert NPS scores and client feedback into actionable business strategies.

• Ensure client feedback is communicated effectively to relevant teams.

• Establish regular reporting of client insights for senior leadership.

• Integrate client intelligence, competitive insights, and market trends to guide go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales discussions.

• Develop and manage a repository of market insights alongside the External Relations team.

• Guarantee that client insights are incorporated into positioning, proposals, and client-facing documents.

• Provide the VP of Marketing and commercial leadership with data-driven market insights.

• Incorporate market insights and Andela research into significant client QBR presentations.

• Lead the win/loss analysis program, including methodology, interviews, and synthesis of findings.

• Communicate win/loss insights to sales leadership, product teams, and marketing.

• Identify recurring patterns in wins and losses to enhance competitive positioning and increase win rates.

• Build and maintain a collection of client testimonials, case studies, and success narratives.

• Select clients for advocacy initiatives such as speaking engagements, media opportunities, reference calls, and co-marketing efforts.

• Oversee the client awards nomination process.

• Work with content, PR, and branding teams to share client stories across various platforms, including the website, sales decks, events, and social media.

• Function as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership.

• Report directly to the VP, Global Head of Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

• A minimum of 3 years in a client marketing, customer marketing, or customer advocacy capacity.

• Proven track record of managing or contributing to a Client Advisory Board or a similar executive client engagement initiative.

• Demonstrated experience in running Voice of the Customer and/or NPS programs with measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in producing client case studies, testimonials, and customer advocacy content at scale.

• Practical experience with win/loss analysis programs, including interview design, facilitation, and synthesis.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

• Prior experience in a high-growth technology or services firm is highly preferred.

• Experience in the talent, workforce, or staffing sectors is advantageous.

• Excellent storytelling abilities and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to design surveys, interpret data, and clearly present findings to senior stakeholders.

• High emotional intelligence and skills in relationship building, including establishing trust with executive-level clients.

• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple programs concurrently.

• Proactive and ownership-driven mentality.

• This role should be based in the US or UK.
