This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate a strategy for each region by utilizing local market insights and partnership requirements.
• Work alongside Operations and growth teams to develop and execute marketing strategies for designated ambulatory surgery centers.
• Create marketing initiatives aimed at increasing ASC market share tailored to each healthcare marketplace.
• Adapt national program offerings into personalized marketing campaigns.
• Enhance the digital presence of each center, which encompasses websites, patient navigation, recall systems, lead conversion, and reputation management.
• Provide insights to the wider marketing team regarding enhancements to national platforms and potential pilot projects.
• Implement approved marketing initiatives and campaigns punctually and within budget.
• Assess business drivers and opportunities for growth, delivering strategic growth plans to operations and physician partners.
• Collaborate with physicians, joint venture partners, center leaders, and practice collaborators.
• Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, ethical standards, compliance guidelines, and mandatory training programs.
• Report any suspected violations related to compliance, policies, harassment, or other prohibited activities.
• Seek clarification on policies through Compliance, Human Resources, or Legal resources as required.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time to engage with ASCs, attend industry events, and participate in field marketing activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• At least three (3) years of experience in business or a healthcare-related environment.
• Proficiency in marketing and communications tools, including brochures, websites, reputation management, paid search, print, direct mail, and internet marketing.
• Fundamental understanding of marketing analytics, such as breakeven analysis and ROI calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Capacity to work effectively within a matrix organization while managing competing priorities.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and positively influence and lead others.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some evenings and weekends, as pre-approved.
• Capability to effectively present information and address inquiries.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively in person, via phone, and in virtual settings.
• Ability to identify and define issues, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and rectify errors.
• Competence in understanding and interpreting basic financial data.
• Ability to interpret various instructions and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
• Familiarity with ASC operations is advantageous.
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Capacity to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Ability to reach, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel.
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and engage in repetitive upper-body movements.
• Vision capabilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
