This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +2 more countries.
• Develop and take ownership of the Benelux solid tumor franchise strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Transform scientific value, clinical differentiation, and patient benefits into customer-focused value propositions.
• Oversee lifecycle management, scenario planning, and preparation for pipeline expansion.
• Create comprehensive cross-functional brand plans and tactical plans for individual countries.
• Design and execute go-to-market and omnichannel engagement strategies within the Benelux region.
• Develop compliant promotional and non-promotional materials, campaigns, digital assets, congress content, and customer journeys.
• Enhance execution by utilizing performance data and customer feedback.
• Serve as a strategic partner and indirect leader for sales and account teams.
• Mentor field teams and aid in the implementation of account plans.
• Organize and deliver KAM training sessions, updates, messaging, and launch-readiness programs.
• Generate and analyze insights related to market, customers, access, and competition.
• Convert insights into segmentation, targeting, strategic choices, and tactical priorities.
• Conduct co-visits with KAMs and ensure compliant engagements with therapeutic area experts.
• Construct and maintain forecasting models, including scenario analysis, tender impact, and uptake curves.
• Manage marketing OPEX in Benelux, oversee commercial project management, contracts, invoicing, and budget updates.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, franchise performance, and competitive initiatives; identify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales, Finance, and Global/Regional Marketing teams.
• Lead cross-functional brand teams, managing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies.
• Ensure proper handling of promotional materials, adverse events, product complaints, and safety information.
• Maintain CRM documentation and ensure data quality is inspection-ready.
• Foster a culture centered on integrity, patient focus, and ethical decision-making.
• Master’s Degree (e.g., in business economics/management, pharmacology, biomedical sciences, etc.).
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in pharmaceutical marketing within specialty care and Benelux hospital environments, preferably in oncology or hematology.
• Proven success in leading brands or franchises in competitive, access-restricted settings.
• Strong strategic acumen combined with exceptional execution capabilities and operational discipline.
• Highly analytical, skilled in translating complex data and insights into straightforward decisions and actions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to lead cross-functional and field teams within a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, recognized by senior internal and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and resilience.
• Deep commitment to compliance, quality, and a patient-centric approach.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook, Workday, and CRM tools.
• Strong skills in utilizing the AI tools provided by the company regularly.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
• Comprehensive understanding of the Benelux solid tumor treatment and hospital landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and present a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunities, and risks.
• Experience and expertise in omnichannel management and strategies to enhance SOV and customer touchpoint impact.
• Capability to navigate rapidly changing environments and lead directly and indirectly in cross-functional contexts.
• Ability to prioritize and concentrate on critical tasks effectively.
