Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the growth strategy and engine from initial lead to closed deal.

• Create and implement paid social media campaigns on Meta/Instagram.

• Establish, test, optimize, and report on paid social media initiatives.

• Conduct organized experiments across various audiences, creatives, offers, and lead flows.

• Manage lead follow-up processes and ensure pipeline accuracy, confirming that every lead has a designated status and subsequent steps.

• Develop and oversee GoHighLevel nurture sequences, reminders, reactivation strategies, and responses to missed calls.

• Perform monthly performance evaluations utilizing performance data and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with leadership for insights and approval on essential campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, sales operations, or CRM-focused marketing.

• Practical experience with paid social media (Meta preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Highly organized; adept at managing a pipeline, meeting deadlines, and adhering to standard operating procedures simultaneously.

• Comfortable collaborating with leadership and accepting feedback and campaign approvals.

• Availability to work full-time as an independent contractor.

• Willingness to work the graveyard shift, from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.
