Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for marketing at Insurgo and establish it from the ground up.

• Collaborate closely with the executive team, Product Management, and Sales departments.

• Independently shape the marketing function while reporting directly to the Managing Director.

• Create positioning strategies and core messaging.

• Gain insight into the daily operations of insurance brokers and convert that into market-relevant communications.

• Independently produce content for the website, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, and LinkedIn.

• Enhance visibility on Google and within AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.

• Expand the inbound marketing channel and supply Sales with qualified leads.

• Formulate value-based messaging, particularly focusing on replacing software subscriptions and minimizing costs for brokerage firms.

• Emphasize value communication instead of competing on discounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or with other complex products that require explanation.

• Proven experience in developing positioning strategies.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Understanding of SEO and content marketing, along with enhancing content discoverability in AI systems.

• Self-motivated, results-driven work ethic with a strong hands-on approach.

• Experience in managing agencies or freelancers.

• Background in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.

• Must reside in Germany.

• Must have existing work authorization.
