This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of positioning, content, demand generation, partner marketing, field events, public relations, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO while reporting directly to them.
• Establish Checker’s category, messaging, definitions, and company-wide terminology.
• Review and refine existing messaging.
• Manage the monthly content/artifact engine, which includes research, explainers, primers, posts, clips, webinars, and sales materials.
• Oversee inbound content and brand marketing initiatives.
• Develop named-account marketing strategies by region in collaboration with sales leads.
• Handle account scoring, sequencing, campaign design, gifting, and executive programs.
• Coordinate co-announcements, joint content creation, shared events, and partner programs.
• Manage the events calendar along with pre- and post-event initiatives and analyze event ROI.
• Create materials for sales enablement, including presentations, talk tracks, objection handling cards, implementation guides, and customer case studies.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams.
• Facilitate earned media coverage and manage relationships with PR agencies.
• Begin as an individual contributor with a freelancer and agency budget, then recruit specialists and full-time staff as the function expands.
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Significant experience in the LATAM fintech, payments, or related infrastructure sectors.
• Comfortable starting from first principles, creating clarity, and implementing programs independently before scaling.
• Ability to define strategy, write copy, brief designers, and launch campaigns autonomously.
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and how marketing supports enterprise deals.
• Capable of setting KPIs and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Proficient in translating stablecoins, on-chain payments, APIs, and compliance into clear benefits for executives and product leaders.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred.
• Excellent writing skills for localization purposes.
• Practical experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, analytics, and AI content/translation workflows.
