Marketing Intern, Mandarin Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop posts, carousels, and Reels for Instagram and Facebook.

• Utilize Canva, AI tools, and various platforms to create high-quality visual and video content.

• Customize content according to each platform's specific format and audience.

• Assist the paid media team by providing creative assets and participating in A/B testing.

• Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.

• Recognize patterns and formats of top-performing content.

• Compile results and suggest improvements.

• Aid in content planning, scheduling, and publishing tasks.

• Respond to direct messages while adhering to brand voice guidelines and team supervision.

• Share content and engage with users across Facebook groups, subreddits, and other relevant communities.

• Keep an eye on emerging trends, formats, and audience behaviors across platforms.

• Provide insights and creative ideas to the marketing team.

• Expand the follower base and facilitate a pathway from social media engagement to qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine passion for social media, with a solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit.

• At least 6 months of experience in social media content creation or a related field.

• A strong interest in K–12 education.

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., layout, typography, visual branding).

• Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI features).

• Basic knowledge of social performance metrics and analytics.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and collaborative skills.

• A self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is required.
