Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, setup, and rollout of email and WhatsApp campaigns

• Help configure audience segments and manage campaign databases

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of automated journeys and workflows

• Aid in the creation and review of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) templates and communications

• Support the campaign calendar and organize the team's requests

• Help monitor campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue

• Assist with A/B testing and document the results

• Collaborate with the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, facilitating operations and customer communications across various channels and journeys

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, or a similar field

• Availability to work fully remotely, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with various software systems

• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

• Proactive and analytical mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas

• Interest in marketing, communications, data, and technology

• Advanced English proficiency is a plus
