Marketing Growth, Communications Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing communications in Braze utilizing email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.

• Create and conduct quality assurance for landing pages and campaign materials.

• Manage the production workflow of assets, ensuring quality control, approvals, deployment, and communication with stakeholders.

• Oversee compliance and legal approvals for all assets.

• Assist with daily marketing operations to ensure initiatives remain on track.

• Keep campaign documentation organized, including briefs, schedules, reports, and final assets.

• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Aid client and sales teams with in-app promotional setups and reporting.

• Extract campaign performance data and present results.

• Propose campaign improvements based on performance analysis.

• Test copy, creative elements, and timing for campaigns.

• Utilize AI tools like Claude for research, drafting, and reporting purposes.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Design, Product, and Compliance teams.

• Generate personalized content to enhance consumer revenue and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience in crafting concise and engaging copy.

• Proficient in analyzing campaign results and leveraging data for insights.

• Basic creative design abilities and familiarity with Figma.

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar; demonstrated familiarity with Claude or comparable large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable working in agile, matrixed teams with diverse inputs and fast turnaround times.

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related discipline.

• Basic project management skills.

• Previous experience with Braze or another CRM/marketing automation system is advantageous.

• Experience in creating email templates or landing pages is a plus.

• Familiarity with email, push notifications, in-app messaging, eCommerce, or digital marketing is beneficial.
