📋 Description

• Develop SQL queries to extract performance data for campaigns, cohorts, and subscriptions.

• Monitor key metrics such as DAU, NTM, LTV, and CAC.

• Analyze performance variations across different timeframes and segments, highlighting significant changes.

• Manage dashboards that inform business decisions.

• Assist in the design and evaluation of A/B tests across various channels.

• Lead consumer surveys from defining the audience to reporting results and optimizing processes.

• Convert marketing requirements into engineering specifications and tickets.

• Diagnose issues using dashboards and logs.

• Conduct quality assurance on product features and surfaces.

• Recognize underutilized channels and product surfaces, proposing marketing strategies accordingly.

• Utilize AI tools to automate routine reports, analyses, and triage activities.

• Create automations and templates for team use.

• Manage ongoing operational queues and identify underlying patterns related to recurring issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic proficiency in SQL.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS, and the ability to read code comfortably.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work effectively in agile, matrixed teams with diverse contributions and rapid turnaround times.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a similar technical discipline.

• Proven experience using Claude or similar large language model tools is essential; candidates should be adept at leveraging AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.
