This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement daily marketing initiatives across channels including email, content, social media, web, and events.
• Develop, test, and launch targeted email campaigns utilizing HubSpot.
• Create and manage segmented contact lists, ensuring contact information is up to date in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Uphold contact data hygiene and assist with integrations of third-party platforms.
• Compose email content and subject lines in accordance with the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and audience segmentation.
• Oversee social media and blog content calendars.
• Write and revise social media posts, blog articles, solution sheets, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and presentation materials.
• Implement social media strategies, track performance, and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Create and manage landing pages using WordPress.
• Collaborate with web developers, graphic designers, internal designers, and product teams on campaign materials.
• Monitor and report on email, website, and campaign KPIs using GA4 and HubSpot analytics.
• Maintain UTM tracking accuracy and provide optimization recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
• Organize event logistics, including shipping, booth materials, giveaways, vendor coordination, and pre-event preparations.
• Assist with on-site execution for trade shows and industry events.
• Manage project timelines, follow up with stakeholders and partners, and independently drive projects to completion.
• Over 5 years of experience in a marketing role, marketing coordinator position, or comparable marketing specialist role.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaign creation, list segmentation, and contact management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
• Experience in creating and editing pages within WordPress.
• Knowledge of Elementor or similar page-building plugins is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including campaign tracking, traffic analysis, and basic goal setup.
• Capability to learn new platforms independently through documentation, tutorials, and AI resources.
• Excellent written communication abilities with a background in crafting marketing copy for email and social media platforms.
• Basic video editing skills; experience with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Canva video is a plus.
• Experience in managing event logistics, including shipping, vendor coordination, and material procurement.
• Willingness to embrace new initiatives and tools with minimal initial support.
• Demonstrated history of proactive follow-up and accountability in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America.
