Marketing Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish a standard for what constitutes outstanding real-world marketing work for AI evaluation.

• Create detailed, task-specific grading criteria for creative briefs, campaign concepts and presentations, brand positioning and messaging frameworks, advertising copy and scripts, integrated campaign plans, and client-ready presentations.

• Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced work samples against the established grading criteria.

• Deliver comprehensive written justifications for each score assigned.

• Maintain consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and justifiable.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers into evaluations.

• Rapidly iterate on evaluation tasks.

• Contribute marketing knowledge to projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the fields of marketing or advertising.

• Experience as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at prestigious global creative agencies, or in senior brand marketing positions at leading consumer companies.

• Strong proficiency in writing and assessing creative briefs.

• Proven experience in campaign development across multiple channels.

• Familiarity with brand positioning and messaging.

• Capability to evaluate creative work against a brief and business objectives.

• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to articulate why work meets or does not meet the required standards.

• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with having judgments reviewed and calibrated with peers.

• Previous experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is highly advantageous.

• No specialized background in media planning or measurement is necessary.

• Independent contractor engagement.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support.
