Marketing Events Coordinator, Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee every facet of field and channel events, encompassing pre/post-event communications, strategy formulation, signage creation, promotional giveaways, contract negotiations, vendor management, staffing, on-site production, and logistical arrangements.

• Assist with significant industry tradeshows, guaranteeing flawless execution and enhanced brand visibility.

• Act as the primary resource for the global sales team, addressing field marketing and channel inquiries.

• Supervise the fulfillment of promotional items, manage warehouse inventory, and ensure timely delivery of shipments for events.

• Confirm that event leads are accurately captured and uploaded into Marketo and Salesforce.

• Work collaboratively across departments with internal teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with the company’s broader objectives.

• Support the logistics and execution of over 100 events annually across North America, EMEA, AUS, and LATAM.

• Handle comprehensive event logistics, including vendor coordination, attendee communications, fulfillment, and operational execution.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and proactively address operational challenges.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders while supporting the marketing and sales teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing, ideally within B2B or technology sectors.

• Proficient in utilizing Salesforce.com to track and manage event-related information.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in collaborating across teams with varying goals, perspectives, and personalities.

• Familiarity with Monday.com is advantageous.

• Possess a data-driven mindset with a keen interest in tracking and assessing event success.

• Creative problem-solver who excels in dynamic environments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, complemented by a proactive and positive demeanor.
