Marketing Event Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement tier 3 trade show logistics for more than 30 events annually across the EMEA region.

• Identify event opportunities, coordinate shipping logistics, organize booth setup, and manage travel arrangements for staff.

• Take full responsibility for Dandy-hosted and field events from the planning phase to execution and performance evaluation.

• Provide data-driven insights to enhance future planning and improve program efficiency.

• Lead pre-event kickoff meetings to train and prepare on-site teams.

• Manage the post-event lead lifecycle, which includes data entry, Sales assignments, and prompt follow-ups.

• Coordinate pre- and post-show email marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.

• Supervise on-site trade show operations and manage schedules.

• Monitor and reconcile event expenditures against the assigned budgets.

• Suggest trade show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget considerations and scheduling.

• Develop and maintain a centralized event playbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and packing lists.

• Track and evaluate trade show performance in conjunction with the Senior Event Manager, EMEA.

• Work together with Marketing and Sales to meet established ROI benchmarks.

• Assist with larger tier 1 and 2 trade shows through on-site management and logistics before and after the events.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing.

• Demonstrated success in planning and managing trade shows.

• Experience with field events.

• Exceptional project management abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

• Capability to excel while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.

• Experience in a B2B high-growth technology company is a plus.

• Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing strategies is an advantage.

• Outstanding professional references are beneficial.

• Legal authorization to work in the UK.
