This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Infisical's conference initiatives, encompassing conference selection, event scale, budget management, vendor coordination, shipping, promotional items, staffing, and on-site logistics.
• Organize side events in conjunction with conferences, including happy hours, dinners, and meetups.
• Develop relationships with event organizers to secure optimal booth placements and speaking engagements.
• Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, and regional events alongside account executives.
• Collaborate with the sales team on target accounts and scheduling meetings during events.
• Conduct pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up in partnership with sales and growth marketing.
• Create sales sequences and email nurturing strategies for event contacts.
• Manage the webinar program, from selecting topics and speakers to promotion and follow-up.
• Source and execute co-marketing webinars with partners and developer tools.
• Assist with community meetups in collaboration with the startup and ecosystem team.
• Work with growth marketing on the promotion of digital events.
• Partner with content marketing to develop event materials and booth content.
• Assess and implement tools to enhance event execution and follow-up processes.
• Contribute to strategic campaigns, innovative tools, and growth initiatives beyond conventional event management.
• Report directly to the Marketing lead and collaborate across various functions.
• 3-4+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or marketing programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of running events that generated pipeline, with measurable outcomes to demonstrate.
• Experience managing booth vendors, event budgets, and logistics for multiple events simultaneously.
• Ability to work closely with sales and ensure alignment between teams.
• Capable of independently tracking vendor deadlines, shipping dates, and registration cutoffs.
• Resourceful and proactive in exploring new tools and supporting campaigns beyond traditional events.
• Excellent and friendly communication skills with sales, partners, and vendors.
• Located in the US and willing to travel frequently for key events.
• Nice to have: experience in marketing to developers, DevOps, platform engineering, or security teams.

• Nice to have: experience in planning custom booths for large-scale conferences.
