Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, Enterprise & Procurement Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, and event initiatives for Enterprise & Procurement Services.

• Oversee daily marketing operations.

• Manage digital communication channels.

• Organize departmental events.

• Ensure uniform branding across EPS programs.

• Draft and manage newsletters, marketing initiatives, and website content in collaboration with Communications and Technology Development.

• Handle logistics for conferences, forums, webinars, receptions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Keep track of timelines and follow-up tasks.

• Organize meeting agendas.

• Work collaboratively with Communications, Technology Development, vendors, and internal teams.

• Enhance awareness of EPS programs and services by creating high-quality engagement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant AA/AS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or a related field.

• Experience in sales, marketing, and/or event strategies is advantageous.

• Must be a California resident.

• Remote work within California with 25% travel required.
