This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Assist Enablement Consultants and leadership in implementing business development strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and growth among existing agents and agencies.
• Organize enablement activities, communications, webinars, training sessions, events, and campaigns.
• Recognize business development opportunities by analyzing production trends, market data, carrier initiatives, and agency performance.
• Oversee CRM systems, agent records, and business development tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Contracting, Licensing, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Act as a liaison between enablement and operational support teams to address issues related to contracting, commissions, technology, carrier processes, and business operations.
• Create and disseminate business development communications, newsletters, carrier updates, promotional materials, training resources, and educational content.
• Manage timelines, communications, training logistics, and follow-up for enablement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process and operational efficiency improvements and suggest ongoing enhancements.
• Execute responsibilities in alignment with company policies and relevant laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Medicare sales, insurance marketing, account management, sales support, business development, or relationship management.
• Proven success in supporting business development initiatives that boost agent and agency performance, productivity, and growth.
• Life/Health Insurance license.
• Familiarity with sales enablement, account management, sales support operations, and relationship management practices.
• Understanding of Medicare products, carrier processes, agency operations, and business development strategies.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret production metrics and identify trends.
• Capability to implement business development strategies and manage multiple enablement initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to establish and nurture productive relationships with enablement teams, internal stakeholders, carrier partners, and current agents and agencies.
• Capacity to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Adaptability to shifting business priorities while maintaining accuracy and customer service.
