This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and sustain sales enablement resources, including presentations, one-pagers, training materials, and other essential sales tools.
• Create educational content that simplifies new offerings and intricate marketing solutions into understandable, actionable messages.
• Assist in crafting business development presentations, executive-level decks, and value proposition documents.
• Equip sales teams for the launch of new products, services, and capabilities.
• Design and structure training materials aimed at effectively positioning and selling new solutions.
• Oversee projects from their inception to completion.
• Handle multiple projects, including planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and facilitate communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Aid in the development and commercialization of marketing capabilities, products, and service offerings.
• Manage internal review, approval, governance, and readiness processes.
• Support the rollout of new marketing solutions while creating repeatable enablement processes and frameworks.
• Contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Prepare updates, presentations, and progress reports for leadership.
• Deliver project updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Address ad hoc requests and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Foster relationships across marketing, sales, product, risk, legal, creative, analytics, and partner teams.
• Utilize AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance workflows.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, marketing enablement, product marketing, project management, consulting, financial services marketing, agency account management, or a related field.
• Proven experience overseeing projects from start to finish, encompassing planning, coordination, execution, and delivery.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Expertise in crafting high-quality PowerPoint presentations, sales enablement resources, training materials, and executive communications.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously, take responsibility for deliverables, and proactively seek solutions.
• Comfort in presenting to leadership with a strong executive presence.
• High attention to detail with the ability to distill complex information into clear, accessible formats.
• Must be eligible to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship.
• Preferred: background in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or marketing technology.
• Preferred: experience in lifecycle marketing, customer acquisition, direct marketing, audience targeting, or campaign strategy.
• Preferred: experience in supporting sales enablement, product launches, go-to-market strategies, or marketing capability development.
• Preferred: familiarity with privacy, legal, compliance, risk, or governance approval processes.
• Preferred: experience in developing marketing strategies, business development presentations, or revenue-growth materials.
• Preferred: experience with large financial services organizations or payments companies.
• Preferred: experience using AI-powered productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
