This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential support for marketing initiatives, customer service requests, and business application workflows under close supervision.

• Oversee online ticketing systems and ensure prompt responses to inquiries and correspondence.

• Keep customers informed about the status of open issues or tickets.

• Aid in the preparation of basic reports related to business applications and guarantee accurate distribution.

• Develop and update help documentation for business applications.

• Assist with user login credentials for the company website.

• Direct rebate inquiries and questions to the appropriate analyst.

• Provide distributors or dealers with payment status and tracking information.

• Support additional tasks as required and requested.

• Report directly to the Partner Incentive Solutions Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, whether in person or through phone/electronic communication.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address issues under the supervision of the Manager.

• Experience collaborating within a team setting.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding customer service capabilities.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Must possess legal authorization for employment in the United States.
