This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Direct the marketing strategy for Photocure's molecular diagnostics and biomarker portfolio, which includes AssureMDx.
• Formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance physician adoption, bolster commercial growth, improve market access, and prepare for upcoming product expansions.
• Oversee the commercialization of centralized laboratory-developed testing (LDT) services and facilitate the transition to distributed FDA-regulated in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products.
• Manage planning for commercial launch readiness, encompassing launch milestones, customer targeting, message testing, field readiness, KPI development, and tracking of post-launch performance.
• Create annual and multi-year strategic marketing plans that align with corporate objectives.
• Discover market opportunities through customer research, competitive intelligence, physician insights, reimbursement changes, and market analytics.
• Establish product positioning, segmentation, targeting, messaging strategies, and value propositions.
• Evaluate physician utilization trends, customer segmentation, referral behavior, and commercial performance.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to inform commercial decision-making.
• Lead the annual marketing planning and budget formulation.
• Oversee lifecycle management for current and future molecular diagnostic products.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Medical Affairs to convert scientific evidence into clinically relevant marketing materials.
• Design launch strategies for new products, indications, and market expansions.
• Generate compliant promotional materials.
• Direct integrated digital marketing strategies aimed at physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Partner with Commercial Sales Leadership to create sales enablement tools, customer messaging, objection handling, competitive positioning, and training.
• Manage physician- and patient-facing digital portals that support education, engagement, ordering workflows, and adoption.
• Assist in key account strategies for integrated health systems and Large Urology Group Practice Associations (LUGPA).
• Collaborate with Market Access on reimbursement, clinical utility, and health economic value propositions.
• Transform molecular biology, genomics, clinical validation studies, and health economic evidence into commercial messaging.
• Aid in the development of conference materials, scientific exhibits, educational programs, and commercial publications.
• Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies to enhance portfolio visibility.
• Support guideline adoption initiatives using evidence-based marketing strategies.
• Collaborate across Global Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Market Access, Laboratory Operations, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive commercial experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or precision medicine, including prior field sales experience.
• Experience in urology, oncology, or bladder cancer is essential.
• Proven track record in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Experience in launching and commercializing molecular diagnostic products across CLIA laboratory services, FDA-regulated IVDs, or both is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement, Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs), and diagnostic coding.
• Experience collaborating with physician specialty societies, including the American Urological Association (AUA), Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO), or similar organizations.
• Global experience, particularly working with European teams, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and an understanding of scientific evidence.
• Solid skills in KOL engagement and relationship management.
