Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement DemandFactor’s marketing strategy

• Oversee demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital performance initiatives

• Develop a robust brand and a high-impact content creation engine

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to achieve comprehensive funnel results

• Manage marketing key performance indicators, analytics, attribution, and budget allocation

• Recruit and expand the marketing team

• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing (demand generation, performance, growth)

• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and return on investment

• Experience in establishing marketing functions from the ground up

• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities
