Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement DemandFactor’s marketing strategy

• Oversee demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital performance initiatives

• Develop a robust brand alongside a high-impact content creation engine

• Collaborate closely with Sales to achieve comprehensive funnel results

• Manage key marketing performance indicators, analytics, attribution, and budget

• Build and expand the marketing team

• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on demand generation, performance, and growth

• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and return on investment (ROI)

• Experience in establishing marketing functions from the ground up

• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities

• Exceptional communication and execution skills
