Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement DemandFactor’s marketing strategy

• Oversee demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital performance initiatives

• Develop a robust brand and an effective content creation engine

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to achieve full-funnel outcomes

• Manage marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, attribution, and budget

• Build and enhance the marketing team

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing (demand generation, performance, growth)

• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and return on investment (ROI)

• Experience in establishing marketing functions from the ground up

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and implementation skills
