Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement DemandFactor’s marketing strategy.

• Oversee demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital performance initiatives.

• Develop a robust brand alongside a high-impact content engine.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to achieve comprehensive funnel results.

• Manage marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, attribution, and budget.

• Build and expand the marketing team.

• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including demand generation, performance, and growth.

• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and return on investment (ROI).

• Experience in establishing marketing functions from the ground up.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and execution skills.
