• Identify and engage top talent for our clients.

• Employ advanced sourcing methods to locate passive candidates, utilizing LinkedIn and other innovative strategies.

• Collaborate with one client at a time, becoming thoroughly integrated into their culture both socially and professionally.

• Work alongside senior stakeholders to demonstrate the importance of effective talent acquisition practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sourcing candidates for marketing and design roles within a dynamic environment.

• Proficient sourcing abilities.

• Skilled in Boolean search techniques.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with candidates and internal teams.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented.
