This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage Google Analytics along with other web analytics platforms.

• Develop and refine dashboards to enable stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Examine user behavior and the effectiveness of marketing channels to produce actionable insights.

• Resolve issues related to tracking and data collection.

• Carry out ad hoc analyses and in-depth investigations to support product and marketing strategies.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B testing.

• Track performance metrics and establish alerts for significant anomalies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend objectives and convert them into measurement strategies.

• Guide junior analysts on tools, best practices, and analytical methodologies.

• Report directly to the manager of the Measurement & Reporting team and collaborate with fellow analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related domain, required.

• At least 3 years of experience in web, marketing, or product analytics, required.

• Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Claude, required.

• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management systems, required.

• Proficient in SQL and possess strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, required.

• Capable of troubleshooting tracking issues, debugging, and conducting quality assurance.

• Excellent communication skills for conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with AUTOMOTIVE AGENCY and/or MARKETING AGENCY is highly preferred.

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools such as Optimizely is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Google App Script, and GitHub Actions is a plus.
