📋 Description

• Set up and manage Google Analytics along with other web analytics platforms

• Develop and refine dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Evaluate user interactions and marketing channel effectiveness to acquire actionable insights

• Resolve issues related to tracking and data collection

• Perform ad hoc analyses and in-depth investigations for product and marketing strategies

• Oversee A/B test planning, execution, and analysis after testing

• Track performance indicators and establish alerts for significant anomalies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp objectives and convert them into measurement frameworks

• Guide junior analysts on tools, best practices, and analytical methods

• Assist customers, marketing, web, and product teams with performance analysis and tracking strategies

• Report to the Measurement & Reporting team manager and collaborate with fellow analysts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related discipline, required

• Over 3 years of experience in web, marketing, or product analytics, required

• Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Claude, required

• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management systems, required

• Proficient in SQL and possess strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, required

• Adept at troubleshooting tracking problems, debugging, and quality assurance

• Excellent communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Knowledge of automotive or marketing agencies is highly preferred

• Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools like Optimizely is highly preferred

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Google App Script, and GitHub Actions is a plus
