This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Set up and manage Google Analytics along with various web analytics platforms.
• Create and refine dashboards to assist stakeholders in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate user behavior and the effectiveness of marketing channels to produce actionable insights.
• Aid in resolving tracking and data collection challenges.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and in-depth investigations to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and post-analysis of A/B testing.
• Track performance metrics and establish alerts for significant anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend objectives and convert them into measurement strategies.
• Guide junior analysts on tools, best practices, and analytical methods.
• Report directly to the Measurement & Reporting team manager and collaborate with fellow analysts.
• Support customers, marketing, web, and product teams by analyzing performance, implementing tracking strategies, and spotting trends that influence decision-making.
• BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in web, marketing, or product analytics is required.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, Claude is essential.
• Familiarity with the AUTOMOTIVE AGENCY and/or MARKETING AGENCY is highly desirable.
• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management systems is necessary.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong capabilities in Excel/Google Sheets are required.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely) is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with diagnosing tracking issues, debugging, and quality assurance (QA).
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Google App Script, and GitHub Actions is a plus.
• Candidate must reside within the Continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
