This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage Google Analytics along with other web analytics platforms.

• Create and refine dashboards to assist stakeholders in tracking KPIs.

• Evaluate user behavior and the effectiveness of marketing channels to provide actionable insights.

• Support in diagnosing tracking and data collection challenges.

• Execute ad hoc analyses and in-depth investigations to aid product and marketing strategies.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.

• Track performance indicators and establish alerts for significant anomalies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend objectives and convert them into measurement strategies.

• Guide junior analysts on tools, best practices, and analytical techniques.

• Report directly to the Measurement & Reporting team manager and collaborate with other analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in web, marketing, or product analytics is necessary.

• Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, Claude is required.

• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems is essential.

• Proficient in SQL and possesses strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets is required.

• Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues, perform debugging, and conduct quality assurance.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in AUTOMOTIVE AGENCY and/or MARKETING AGENCY is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely) is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Google App Script, GitHub Actions is a plus.

• Candidate must reside within the Continental U.S.; preference for the Eastern or Central time zone.
