This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze data and interpret results using statistical methods, while generating ongoing reports and dashboards that support marketing initiatives, optimize ad spending, enhance customer retention strategies, and facilitate personalized communication.
• Create and manage dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio to monitor key performance indicators across various acquisition channels.
• Examine user behavior throughout the customer journey to pinpoint friction areas and enhance conversion funnels.
• Support the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and promotional experiments.
• Formulate strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to obtain, merge, and validate marketing data from platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console, among others.
• Utilize segmentation and analytical methods to evaluate ad spending efficiency, customer targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
• Work alongside marketing, product, management, and customer experience teams to prioritize business and informational requirements.
• Convert business needs into precise analytical tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automated reporting, and analytical workflows utilizing tools like GitHub, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Act as an individual contributor to reveal actionable marketing insights aimed at optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and the overall marketing strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or Marketing Analyst either embedded in or consulting for a marketing department.
• Proficient in navigating and extracting data from Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console.
• Experience using BigQuery or SQL to integrate diverse marketing datasets for cross-channel analysis and attribution.
• Skills in query writing and report generation.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards with Tableau and Looker Studio.
• Strong SQL capabilities.
• Proficient in Python (Jupyter Notebook) or R for data manipulation, basic modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Understanding of statistics and Bayesian statistics.
• Familiarity with data modeling and validation techniques, especially when handling large or complex datasets.
• Proven track record of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and accurately disseminating substantial amounts of information.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear marketing recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of communicating complex data insights to non-technical marketing stakeholders.
