This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses that address business and client inquiries.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
• Assess the effect of TV and streaming campaigns on digital performance, business outcomes, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Detect patterns, risks, and opportunities to enhance campaign decisions.
• Validate data inputs, methodologies, assumptions, and outputs, including those generated by AI.
• Create clear visual representations of data.
• Communicate findings in straightforward language to internal teams and clients.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite querying, scripting, quality assurance, and initial analysis.
• Report directly to the Director of Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.
• Assist teams and clients in understanding campaign measurement results and suggested next steps.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or a related quantitative field, preferably in campaign measurement support.
• A GPA of 3.5 or equivalent academic performance in a quantitative discipline such as business, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, marketing, or a similar field.
• Capability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and relate insights to established KPIs.
• Proficient in using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and structured analysis to organize, validate, and analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI or data platforms such as Domo, Databricks, SQL, or similar environments.
• Experience in creating clear, client-ready presentations that explain campaign results or analytical outcomes.
• Confident in presenting analytical findings.
• Experience employing AI tools to enhance workflows, investigate data, or improve analysis.
• Understanding of the strengths and limitations of AI tools.
• Ability to articulate methodology and mathematical reasoning without AI support.
• Competence in independently validating conclusions, logic, assumptions, and numerical data.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
