This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +16 more states.
• Create, automate, and uphold dashboards, KPIs, and regular performance reports for websites, campaigns, funnels, and marketing engagement metrics.
• Utilize Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Looker Studio, Snowflake, Excel, and campaign management tools to gather, analyze, interpret, and visualize data.
• Ensure the accuracy of reporting, documentation, and data quality across various systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on multichannel marketing and website performance.
• Assess customer behavior, sales performance, and lifecycle engagement to enhance acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate business health and revenue drivers across critical segments.
• Facilitate reporting and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Communicate actionable optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
• Leverage both internal and external datasets to discover opportunities in pricing, categories, audiences, and channels.
• Collaborate with various teams to evaluate campaign performance and promote audience and revenue growth.
• Address ad-hoc analytical requests as they arise.
• Work with the Finance team to assess and forecast the financial impact of marketing, sales, and business strategies.
• Assist in enhancing channel attribution models and methodologies for cross-channel measurement.
• Analyze the entire customer journey and identify points of friction.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that monitor customer sentiment, engagement, satisfaction drivers, and support ticket trends.
• Detect and resolve data quality issues across source systems.
• Suggest enhancements to analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and workflows to boost efficiency and automate manual tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics/analytics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven experience in increasing revenues and measuring media impact metrics is required.
• Strong digital aptitude with significant familiarity with ad operations technology and affiliate tracking and management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to present analytical findings effectively.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC, MAU) is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
