This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Implement a pre-established social media strategy; manage and curate graphic assets and photography alongside the creative team, draft captions, and execute campaigns on time.
• Develop newsletters according to a predetermined schedule in partnership with the events, sponsorship, and creative teams.
• Select photography, graphics, and text for newsletter campaigns.
• Update imagery, graphics, and text on event websites as necessary.
• Support onsite event and competition teams as well as onsite production.
• Organize onsite photography and manage social campaigns.
• Coordinate the delivery of assets and collateral with event audio-visual teams.
• Generate post-event reports for tradeshows and competitions.
• Ensure that event photography and videography materials are provided to sponsors as per contract.
• Guarantee that contracted sponsorship benefits are delivered across web platforms, social media, newsletters, and the event mobile app.
• Organize, manage, and provide sponsor-supplied assets.
• Program and implement contracted sponsorship benefits.
• Review and proofread marketing materials, including event structures, signage, and promotional content.
• Organize team files and folders.
• Assist with analytics and progress reporting to internal teams.
• Raise project issues and challenges as needed.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in Marketing, Sponsorship, Communications, or Administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Buffer, Squarespace, Airtable, and others.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent self-discipline, motivation, organizational abilities, and a sharp eye for detail.
• Capacity to prioritize and juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Comfortable receiving, implementing, and offering creative feedback.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in specialty coffee and international food and beverage culture.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative setting.
