This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Take charge of logistics for conferences, dinners, field events, and various marketing initiatives from the planning phase to execution.
β’ Assist in crafting innovative event experiences, including booth designs, activations, promotional items, and other unique elements to create memorable interactions.
β’ Transform concepts into reality by identifying vendors, options, requirements, timelines, and subsequent steps.
β’ Oversee event registrations, vendors, venues, shipping, booth materials, signage, promotional items, attendee lists, and other essential event details.
β’ Create and manage event timelines, workback plans, and comprehensive checklists.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on event attendance, pre-event requirements, lead capture, and post-event follow-up activities.
β’ Supervise marketing vendors to ensure that deliverables are met on schedule.
β’ Coordinate the production and inventory of promotional items, collateral, and other marketing materials.
β’ Maintain the marketing and events calendar, ensuring organization of owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
β’ Assist in executing customer marketing and additional marketing programs as required.
β’ Help streamline recurring tasks into straightforward, scalable processes as the Marketing team expands.
β’ 2β4+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, field marketing, or a related field.
β’ A creative mindset with enthusiasm for discovering unique ways for a brand to differentiate itself.
β’ Strong sense of agency, ownership, and resourcefulness, with the capability to solve problems, locate appropriate resources, and advance work independently without detailed direction.
β’ Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.
β’ Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through across multiple simultaneous projects.
β’ Proficient in managing vendors, deadlines, and logistics autonomously.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
β’ Experience in coordinating conferences, trade shows, dinners, or other B2B events is beneficial, but we prioritize your ability to learn quickly and execute effectively over specific event types.
β’ Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology is an advantage.
