This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and execute a detailed marketing strategy that aligns with service objectives and targets specific audiences.
• Create and sustain a marketing calendar that coordinates various campaigns and activities.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Oversee and optimize the service website as well as the Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels.
• Generate content across multiple formats including social media posts, lead generation advertisements, website copy, newsletters, blog articles, videos, and infographics.
• Track and analyze website and social media metrics.
• Ensure brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent.
• Supervise the production of leaflets, posters, and digital marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to synchronize marketing efforts with service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Information Governance and Clinical Governance requirements.
• Build relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders, translating their feedback and priorities into marketing initiatives and deliverables.
• Implement and manage email marketing campaigns designed to nurture leads and promote services.
• Contribute to projects and service developments within Thrive Tribe services.
• Assist in embedding Thrive Tribe’s organizational culture and values.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful marketing initiatives.
• Strategic marketing mindset with the capability to execute marketing plans effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong enthusiasm for public health.
• Proficient in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing digital presence, including websites and social media channels.
• Capability to analyze campaign, website, and social media performance metrics.
• Proven experience in generating social media content, lead generation advertisements, website copy, newsletters, blog articles, videos, and infographics.
• Familiarity with Information Governance and Clinical Governance regulations, requirements, and guidance.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
• Experience in implementing and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable working in a strategic capacity and engaging in marketing activation efforts.
• Must be located in the UK.
• Must possess the right to work in the UK.
