This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of account-based experience (ABX) initiatives and campaigns.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, audience lists, and campaign materials in collaboration with internal teams.
• Aid in the setup, launch, and follow-up activities of campaigns.
• Customize programs and communications for key audiences, customer segments, and specific accounts.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of field events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, customer experiences, and various marketing initiatives.
• Handle event logistics, encompassing invitations, registration, attendee communications, vendor management, materials preparation, and on-site assistance.
• Maintain attendee lists and facilitate pre-event and post-event outreach in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Support integrated go-to-market strategies alongside Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Organize planning meetings, document subsequent actions, and ensure alignment among stakeholders concerning timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage marketing resources and program materials through Seismic’s technology platform.
• Address daily program inquiries and highlight risks, dependencies, or missed deadlines.
• Monitor program activities, event participation, follow-up actions, and performance metrics.
• Keep campaign, account, and contact information accurate within marketing and CRM systems.
• Assist in reporting and identify any missing or incomplete data in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Support budget tracking, handle purchase requests, coordinate with vendors, and manage invoices.
• Gather insights and feedback to enhance future programs and processes.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B, technology, or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
• Comfortable with learning and utilizing marketing automation, CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
• Proficient in managing administrative and operational tasks while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a readiness to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in understanding how marketing initiatives drive customer engagement, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
