This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the research, development, and implementation of field marketing initiatives, such as conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to research, design, and execute campaigns and projects within deadlines.
• Organize and manage NetBox Labs and industry-related events.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting for marketing programs and metrics, including data on events, campaigns, registration, and attendance.
• Oversee event logistics and on-site execution when necessary, including venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and promotional items.
• Work alongside the marketing team to plan, promote, execute, and evaluate field and partner marketing programs.
• Provide relevant information and updates about field marketing programs to sales team members in the region.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and venues to manage logistics and ensure successful on-site execution.
• Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure budgetary and legal reviews are conducted accurately.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Practical experience in supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment with a strong focus on ownership and execution.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack.
• Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong follow-up abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable interacting with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners at various levels.
• Willingness to travel for on-site event execution as required.
• Experience in supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience using Claude or other AI tools is a plus.
• Background in a high-growth software or technology company is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the candidate's current location.
