Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Organize events and webinars involving speakers, vendors, registrations, materials, promotion, logistics, and lead capture.

• Ensure that events are well-prepared, run efficiently, and receive prompt post-event follow-up from the Sales team.

• Assist in regional EMEA marketing initiatives that align with the marketing strategy and Sales requirements.

• Address regional requests, eliminate obstacles, and integrate market feedback into campaigns and events.

• Oversee campaigns, calendars, projects, and deliverables.

• Utilize marketing tools and analytics to monitor sign-ups, form completions, MQLs, and event performance.

• Contribute to optimizing marketing efforts and creating additional Sales opportunities throughout EMEA.

• Collaborate closely with the EMEA regional marketer and the global marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar support capacity.

• Located in Germany or the Netherlands.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating efficiently across time zones and with a remote manager.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude - adept at identifying obstacles and advancing work without needing direction.

• A genuine interest in collaborating cross-functionally with sales and the global marketing team to achieve results.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, construction, mining, or other industrial/field sectors is advantageous.

• Practical experience using AI tools in marketing endeavors is highly beneficial.
