This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out enablement tasks assigned through Monday.com request boards, ensuring adherence to timelines and procedures.

• Develop, update, and share sales enablement materials, which include presentations, product documents, brochures, one-pagers, videos, and event materials.

• Oversee distributor- and customer-facing materials stored in SharePoint libraries.

• Compile and distribute sales collateral such as sample decks, printed catalogs, banners, tablecloths, and event materials.

• Manage marketing tools, templates, and resources for Sales and internal teams.

• Standardize regional LATAM presentations utilizing Marketing Communications frameworks.

• Handle daily marketing request intake in Monday.com, including routing, tagging, prioritization, and status updates.

• Maintain Monday.com boards, reporting fields, and timelines.

• Assist with Publication Board workflows, approvals, version control, and compliance.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) campaigns by preparing assets, documentation, and internal communications.

• Update and organize MyAMMEGA SharePoint through folder management and categorization.

• Execute pick-and-ship processes for literature and stock items.

• Create and oversee sales training videos and enablement materials.

• Ensure accuracy of metadata and proper tagging across SharePoint filing systems.

• Assist in enhancing Monday.com workflows and SharePoint self-enablement initiatives.

• Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotes, manage timelines, and oversee the delivery and outsourced production of marketing materials.

• Update dashboards, assist with monthly reporting and KPI reviews, and monitor SLA performance and request turnaround times.

• Provide support to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams across the Americas through the centralized intake system.

• Relay project status and requirements to internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design Business, or a comparable field of study.

• Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, or administrative support roles.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute tasks effectively.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Monday.com or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Experience in industrial or B2B settings is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and follow-through capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
