Marketing & Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute marketing and communications strategies and initiatives in France and the EU for the Satellite Missions division.

• Plan, create, and implement impactful marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and commercial objectives.

• Drive measurable return on investment across public relations, events, digital platforms, social media, and thought leadership content.

• Oversee public relations activities and manage relationships with local PR agencies.

• Direct the management and execution of major trade shows, customer workshops, and engagement visits.

• Create localized sales enablement materials, briefings, and tools.

• Develop and implement trade and channel co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with local partners and industry associations.

• Assist in engaging with national ministries of defense, NATO, and EU institutions.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance in collaboration with the central marketing team.

• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Visual Design, Sales, global marketing, regional sales leadership, corporate communications, and local subsidiaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant marketing experience in a business-to-government (B2G) context.

• Proven experience with campaigns targeting the defense, government, or public sectors.

• Demonstrated history of proactive and self-driven marketing execution with measurable outcomes.

• Experience in trade and channel co-marketing strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to customize messaging for a variety of audiences.

• Strong conceptual abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Native or near-native proficiency in French.

• Fluency in business English.

• Proven capability to collaborate and influence across various teams.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment.

• A flexible, positive attitude with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
