This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead integrated marketing communications strategies for the Contrast Media portfolio.
• Craft customer-centric content and messaging tailored to diverse audiences, channels, and stages of the buyer journey.
• Plan, implement, and enhance omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee content calendars and tactic flowchart documents in collaboration with the Director of Marketing Communications and Brand.
• Adhere to GE HealthCare brand guidelines while writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading marketing materials.
• Create tools, resources, and communications to support sales enablement.
• Lead the promotion and execution of events, webinars, and educational initiatives.
• Manage the APR approval process, promotional review workflows, and the claims matrix.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Digital, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, and external teams.
• Utilize performance data and customer insights to assess and enhance marketing results.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships.
• Ensure projects remain within scope and budget.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, invoices, purchase orders, and AST compliance approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or event management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and the marketing materials approval process.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing projects, advertising campaigns, and events.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, budgeting, and oversight of multiple marketing initiatives and events.
• Aptitude for developing comprehensive communication strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including expertise in APR edits and FDA 2253 submissions.
• Experience in coordinating with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams.
• Proven track record in planning and managing marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and speaker programs.
• Competence in coordinating logistics, vendor relations, and on-site support.
• Keen attention to detail and a focus on customer experience.
• Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation tools.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
