This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop, manage, and enhance campaign workflows, lead-nurturing pathways, and email automation processes using HubSpot.
• Create models for lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, SEO, and Content teams to implement landing pages, forms, and campaign configurations.
• Guarantee smooth integration of HubSpot with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking, adhering to defined UTM conventions.
• Construct dashboards and reports that encompass campaign performance, funnel metrics, and conversion statistics.
• Streamline recurring marketing tasks utilizing no-code/low-code and AI tools such as Make, Zapier, GPT, or Claude.
• Oversee the data model, consent records, and automation documentation to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Academy, Content teams, and external agencies.
• A completed degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Information Systems, Communications, or Media.
• Two to four years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, or email marketing.
• Proficient in using a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot, including workflows, lists, properties, and lifecycle logic.
• Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing journeys throughout the funnel.
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM conventions.
• Basic understanding of server-side tracking is desirable.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating email templates and landing pages is advantageous.
• Initial experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Make or Zapier.
• Enthusiasm for incorporating modern AI tools into daily marketing practices.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Enjoy documenting processes in a clear and accessible manner.
• Solid comprehension of GDPR requirements in email and lead marketing.
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• Good proficiency in English.
