Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for campaigns, including defining target audiences, crafting messaging, and establishing funnel flows.

• Create campaign strategies within GoHighLevel utilizing workflows, pipelines, and triggers.

• Establish GHL snapshots and enable SaaS mode for newly created accounts.

• Set up automatic lead tagging, scoring, and routing to the Sales team.

• Track the performance of automations and enhance them based on actual data insights.

• Ensure CRM records remain organized between GoHighLevel and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing, as a Graphic Artist/Graphic Designer, or in any Design-related position.

• At least 1 year of experience in creating workflows, pipelines, or automations on any platform (such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar).

• Possess a marketing mindset, not solely a technical one — capable of conceptualizing a campaign beyond merely executing someone else's vision.

• Comfortable with a hands-on approach and detail-oriented tasks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with GoHighLevel is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Ability to work from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.
