This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and evaluate engagement strategies for email, direct mail, and SMS utilizing Marketing Automation.
• Partner with paid media and integrated marketing teams to create, execute, assess, and refine workflows through Marketing Cloud.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving marketing automation technology challenges and escalate issues as necessary.
• Generate basic performance reports for acquisition and engagement initiatives using Dataroma in Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct list counts upon request.
• Construct Marketing Cloud audiences for prospect, client, and MCP segment sources.
• Communicate segment enhancements to the Director of Marketing Automation.
• Engage in continuous A/B testing.
• Suggest enhancements to performance KPIs and audience precision.
• Establish best practices for Marketing Cloud and email development.
• Leverage approved AI and digital tools to streamline tasks, enhance service quality, and improve efficiency while ensuring output accuracy, privacy, and alignment with business goals.
• Recognize and escalate incorrect information, knowledge deficiencies, or issues related to digital tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in email marketing.
• Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo (Adobe Campaign), or similar marketing automation platforms is essential.
• Proficient experience with Salesforce or other prominent CRM systems.
• Experience writing SQL queries is preferred.
• Strong skills in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, organization, and project management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement A/B testing metrics and outcomes.
• Experience utilizing universal control groups for deriving insights is preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain certification within the first year) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Skilled in using AI and digital tools.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in various cabinet heights, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
