Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, launch, and enhance email campaigns and automated nurturing workflows within HubSpot.

• Construct, assess, and confirm segmentation lists in HubSpot to guarantee campaigns target the appropriate audiences.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns are free of errors and successfully delivered.

• Oversee email deliverability and campaign performance, suggesting optimizations to boost engagement and conversion rates.

• Assist in A/B testing and ongoing campaign enhancements.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams to enhance lead management and maintain data integrity.

• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, lead generation, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

• Evaluate marketing performance and deliver actionable insights to refine campaigns and support strategic decision-making.

• Identify avenues to enhance operational efficiency through recommendations grounded in data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.

• Proven success in implementing marketing campaigns and automation workflows in HubSpot that resulted in measurable enhancements in efficiency or campaign performance.

• Expertise in creating and validating segmentation lists in HubSpot.

• Demonstrated experience in constructing dashboards and reports that inform business decisions.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in managing marketing databases, segmentation, and ensuring data hygiene.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
