This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee the marketing operations team, focusing on project management and administrative tasks.
• Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Supervise marketing project management software, facilitate new hire orientation and training, and maintain documentation for departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
• Streamline systems and processes while minimizing customization bloat, technical debt, and overly complex solutions.
• Assess both short-term and long-term scheduling and resource requirements.
• Create and manage the annual marketing budget alongside resource projections.
• Oversee marketing administration to guarantee excellent customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate, measure, and analyze the success of marketing initiatives and programs.
• Direct the creation and execution of marketing projects in alignment with stakeholders and senior management.
• Supervise the department while providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to marketing professionals.
• Cultivate a high-performing, innovative, and supportive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with external vendors.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in a marketing operations role.
• Proven experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software and systems, including assessment and enhancement.
• Background in CRM solutions and marketing automation.
• Experience in a digital marketing setting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications and Salesforce environments.
• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or insurance sectors is preferred.
• Established history of successfully leading a team and delivering results.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for using data to inform decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to mentor team members and small support staff.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Ethical, demonstrating a commitment to company values.
• Requires limited supervision, depending on experience.
• High level of independent judgment and discretion.
• Openness and capability to collaborate with external vendors.
• Travel: 0–20%.
